After washing my car I noted that the faux chamois cloth I used dried stiffly in the shape of the items underneath it. Intrigued I began to play with the cloth soaking it and allowing it to dry in folded shapes. I later backed it with a water-activated fiberglass net to give it more support. The water stains were interesting so I enhanced them with a bit of watercolor paint. This mask wasn't designed for any play, but it will now be used in a production of King Lear I'm designing in Chicago.
